Responsible for the selection of anticalins via phage display, as well as the subsequent characterization of anticalins for binding, heat stability and affinity in high-throughput ELISA. Furthermore, I'm involved in the implementation of a new database structure and contribute intensely by analyzing, improving and building templates. My Excel skills are often the link between proprietary or custom software and our Excel sheet customization, in big parts via my custom VBA code implementation.
Focus on selection of antibodies via phage display pannings, ELISA & flow cytometry screenings. Usage of molecular biology methods: PCR, DNA purification, cloning of DNA constructs, sequence analysis as well as cell culture techniques. Responsibility to independently plan and perform experiments as well as full analysis and documentation in English.
Independently working on various projects, focused on cloning of DNA constructs, Western Blot, cultivation of different cell types, transient transfection and immunohistochemistry.
