Since my first steps in the field of project management I have gained a lot of experience in the areas of project management, program and portfolio management, strategic project management, but also people and culture on projects, which I would like to use to increase the added value of overall project management activities. But project management is not only using methods and standards in a meaningful way, but also about working with people and cultures and developing different teams. For me a perfect mix.
